The Technical and Professional Advisory Committee (TPAC) is a standing committee of First 5 Madera County charged to advise the commission on conditions impacting optimal childhood development in Madera County. The TPAC convenes monthly at the First 5 Family Resource Center located at 525 E. Yosemite Avenue in Madera. Meetings are open to the public.
