Mountain Area Family Resource Center

Building a First 5 Family Resource Center in the Mountain area is still being assessed.

However, in 2010, the Commission added an additional Americorp member, Mayra Miranda, to its team
as a Family Advocate to serve in the Mountain Area. Mayra Miranda provides services to families with
children 0-5 years old in the areas of resource/referral, Health Families enrollment, case management,
health and nutrition information, and family advocacy. Mayra can be contacted at 559-416-6376.
