First 5 Madera County owns and operates the First 5 Family Resource Centers in the city of Chowchilla. By design, the FRC simplifies the linkages of families to services by co-locating a wide variety of programming and supports at one easily accessible location.

FRC staff facilitate the following:

• Resource, referral, and follow-up;
• Family Activities (i.e., Playtime, Storytime, Movie Night, Cookie Baking, etc.);
• Special Events (i.e., Halloween Carnival, Spring Fun Day, etc.);
