Per the adopted 2005-2006 Annual Budget, the Commission committed $250,000 for the first payment towards development of the Chowchilla FRC. Further, the Commission also committed $75,000 to Chowchilla FRC start-up and prorated year one operation. It is anticipated that the primary partner will be the City of Chowchilla.
